Working with us remotely
Most of our clients never sit across a desk from us, and it makes no difference to the outcome. The process is the same either way: an initial conversation to understand your position, a clear document checklist, secure upload rather than email attachments, a review call before anything is lodged, and the same person handling your file year to year.
Video call, phone or email, whichever suits you. Signatures are handled electronically. If you can photograph a receipt, you can be an OzLedger client.
Anywhere in Australia
Tax and super are federal. Our registration as tax agents is national. There is no part of Australia we cannot act for you from, and no surcharge for being further away.
We hold a Western Australian presence and act for a steady base of WA clients, handled remotely rather than from a shopfront. The same goes for Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, the ACT and the Northern Territory. Interstate clients are ordinary here, not an exception we accommodate.
The Hills District and North West Sydney
If you are local, coming in is an option rather than a requirement. Our office sits in Norwest Business Park, and we see clients regularly from Norwest, Bella Vista, Baulkham Hills, Castle Hill, Kellyville, Rouse Hill, Winston Hills and Parramatta, along with the surrounding suburbs.
An in-person appointment can be the quickest way to get started on a first tax return with us, a business structuring conversation, or an ATO dispute where there are documents to work through together. Everything else runs just as well over a call.
Visiting the Norwest office
We are at Ste 2.04/7 Maitland Pl, Norwest NSW 2153, in the Norwest Business Park precinct. There is on-site parking in the building, and Norwest Metro station is a short walk away if you would rather not drive.
Appointments run Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Saturday appointments book out fastest during July and August, so it is worth getting in early if a weekend slot suits you better.
